Triplets say thankyou
Dear Sister Armanda
How are you!
We are from the earth quake zone of Mienyang Kung Sing town, and Hung Kai village, I am one of the triplets in my family, my name is Yang Wing, my elder brother is Yang Tin, and second brother, Yang Yu.
All three of us wants to say thank you to Feed the Hungry for all the uncles and aunties to have given so much to us, we are thankful, also give thanks to God, who has brought your blessings to us, to help us.
We will study hard, use our best school result to express our thanks to you and society. When I grow up, I want to be just like you all, to be a person that cares for society.
When the earthquake took place, our whole family house collapsed, bringing what was already a life of difficult living to greater difficulties. The other thing worth anything was our TV that did not break. At those moments, every minute is like a year, so torturing and difficult. We had no idea what was happening outside, for we were busy repairing our home. Our father was so worried about how to rebuild the house, and he became thinner and older every day. We could not help.
Dad asked Mum what to do when we saw many of our neighbors began rebuilding their homes, we had nothing at home worth selling, we could not forever stay inside the emergency tent for we would get sick, Mum also had no idea what to do. She ran back to her family and to the bank to borrow some money and we just managed to build our home.
In those days, we dare not ask our Mum for any money for snacks, for we don't even have enough to eat. We only had plain water. After a long time, Sister Chiu came to visit us, she told me every month Feed the Hungry would help us with our living expenses, my Mum was so touched, she could not utter anything. We were overjoyed.
Mum could use Feed the Hungry's money to improve our living. Mum said we needed to save some money for our schooling, because every new school term, we need to use a lot of money. FTH seems to understand and send their volunteer to us.
Sister Chiu said all these were arranged by you, therefore, our whole family wanted to say thank you and praise the good Lord. Please come visit us.

How are you!
Last year disastrous, took away my beautiful home, some of my family members, it was a painful time to go through.
In those painful moments, I found myself needing to be strong, to face troubles of every kind every day. Since 5-12, the Party had sent many government officials to help us, we also met many volunteers from all over the country to give themselves selflessly.
We began to see our town, village, school and hospital being rebuilt again, these buildings now stand more beautiful than ever before.
Among the villagers, we always talk about how good the Party is to us, yet we met many good and kind people during the disastrous relief work, who gave selflessly, we felt their warmth and generosity.
We are simple farmers, we do not know a lot, through Sister Chiu, she helped many of us to join this Feed the Hungry’s Program, to give us some relief in our daily living. Sister Chiu always looks for and search out elderly people to help on behalf of Feed The Hungry.
She told me I should express my gratitude to FTH, therefore, on behalf of our village, we want to say thank you for all your kindness and blessings.
