7/11/08 - Twenty One Years of Feeding the Hungry
In November 1987, Feed The Hungry began in a small hotel room in Israel. To commemorate the twentieth anniversary in 2007, FTH Australia commissioned this video tribute that combines images, quotes and Dr. Sumrall sharing the vision.
Dr. Sumrall was woken at midnight and challenged by Jesus who said "I am deeply concerned that my church, my children are dying of hunger before my return."
With those words ringing in his heart, Dr. Sumrall dramatically changed the focus of his later years to feeding the hungry around the world.
Now available for public viewing, this 7min video presentation is available to view online here. This video and other promotional material is available on DVD and can be sent to you at no cost by simply contacting the office.
7/11/08 - FTH Partner Letter Released - Look to Heaven
Sometimes the needs of the world can be overwhelming. We might hope someone else might take responsibility for the problem or that it will just go away.
Jesus has an expectation that you and I will feed the hungry. With Heaven's partnership we CAN feed the multitude.
