Refund Policy

FTH is an international charity organisation, and funds received are used for aid work nationally and internationally.

Where the need is greatest

Any donations above a specific need will be used for other FTH AID programs where the need is greatest. Unless specified, all donations are allocated to the greatest need.

Cancelled Projects

In the event of a cancelled project due to circumstances out of our control, all donors for the specific project will be contacted and given the opportunity to obtain a refund or transfer the funds to another FTH project.

Refunds

FTH will refund any donation given in error for a period of 30days after the donation has been received.
